At Independence, we believe that learning to drive needn’t be an incredibly long and stressful process, therefore we are dedicated to finding out how you learn best and tailor your lessons to suit your individual learning style.  This should set you on the road to passing your driving test and becoming a safe and confident driver as quickly as possible.

We will always endeavour to abide by these guidelines:-

-          Advise of the latest training methods to help you study for your Theory Exam including the Hazard Perception Test.  We supply a discounted range of materials for students use.

-          Tailor all lessons to suit the individual needs from your first lesson, to your Mock Driving Test.

-          Monitor your progress and advise accordingly when your Practical Driving Test should be booked.  We offer a free of charge booking service for all Driving Tests.

-          Provide a modern, clean, properly maintained and insured dual controlled car for every lesson.

-          We will endeavour to turn up on time, and give at least 24 hours notice of cancellations, unless it is out of the Instructors control.  Any late cancellations will of course credit the student the lesson fee for that lesson.  As per our ‘Fair Cancellation Policy’
